The Swiss company Zanotelli AG was founded in 1927. The company belongs today to the family of Roland Zanotelli and is active in the following fields:

Roland Zanotelli founded the Tivona AG company 15 years ago. Tivona has built shopping centres throughout Switzerland. In 2009 the company was acquired by Jelmoli Holding AG, and at the end of 2009 Jelmoli Holding AG was acquired by Swiss Prime Site AG (SPS), based in Olten. The Tivona founders are now shareholders of SPS, and so we'll show the best project, the Stücki Shopping Centre, as an example.
